Out of courtesy, please provide a 24 hour notice of any cancelation, reschedule or change to your reservation. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled or no showed same day, or later than 24hrs prior will be charged a 50% of service cancelation fee. Habitual cancelled/rescheduled appointments will require a deposit upon booking your next appointment, deposit may be credited,if your rescheduled reservation is kept, or abides by the 24hr policy.Deposit will dissolve if scheduled appointment is cancelled/rescheduled in conflict with the 24hr policy. If you arrive to a scheduled reservation later than 10 minutes after your appointment start time, you may still be able to receive your treatment, however, required to pay for the original scheduled service amount. Arrivals after 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.
